Miami plans to block off sections of the stadium to reduce seats.

What's bad is leaving the whole place open so that people don't look like they are sitting together. I agree it looks bad.

Here are the plans to reduce the seating. If it looks like the sections used are full, it will help. We'll be seeing how this will work soon. At least Miami recognizes that they have a issue with this and are working on it.
